Bioautomaton Systems Inc (BSI) was founded in 2008 as a faculty start-up C Corporation with help from the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) at Georgia Institute of Technology.  BSI started as a member of ATDC in 2008 and  graduated in 2012  as a technology company with ‘high potential’.  BSI is registered as a for-profit C Corporation with the State of Georgia in US.
